Control Panel Standard of Work

After we receive your schematics we issue a short standards document that lists the workmanship practices that will be followed on your panel. Alongside it we provide a component layout drawing that shows every major device. Every wire gets labeled, and we will include labels for all field-connection wires in the amount requested. This package becomes the shared reference for the build.

• All terminations receive the correct ferrule and are made with professional crimping tools.

• Connections that require torque are set with a calibrated torque screwdriver to the values specified by the component manufacturer or applicable industry practice.

• Every wire is labeled with heat-shrink labels. Component identification uses durable plastic plaques.

• Field-connection wires receive their own labels so the finished panel matches the layout drawing we issued.

We expect the delivered panel to match the standards document and layout drawing. If any discrepancy or confusion appears, we correct it at our cost and put an internal process change in place so the same issue does not recur.
