Your drawings, our build
Start with schematics, layouts, and BOMs you already have. We build to print— no redesign required unless you want one later.
Northeast & Mid-Atlantic · Build-to-print panels
Eastline Panels fabricates industrial control panels from your schematics, layouts, and BOMs. We assemble, wire, and continuity-verify every connection — then ship a UL-ready panel with documentation you can trust across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic.
The friction of traditional panel shops—slow quotes, opaque pricing, and long ship times from the West—doesn’t have to be your reality.
Start with schematics, layouts, and BOMs you already have. We build to print— no redesign required unless you want one later.
Continuity checking across every termination is our primary quality gate— documented so you know the panel is right before it leaves the shop.
Physical presence in the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic means shorter shipping, easier site support, and fewer time-zone handoffs than West Coast shops.
Complexity-tier quotes with line-item visibility—not a vague estimate weeks later. You know what you’re buying before we cut wire.
Simple motor starters to multi-drive, motion, and safety systems. If it’s on your drawings, we’ll wire it—and verify it.
Panels built with UL 508A practices in mind. Design-build and formal certification support expand as we grow with you.
Process
Four steps from drawings to a verified panel on your dock.
Schematics, panel layouts, BOM, and any IO or wire lists. Incomplete packages are fine—we’ll flag gaps.
Complexity tier, labor, materials assumptions, and lead time—spelled out before you commit.
Assembly and wiring against your drawings, then point-to-point continuity checks with recorded results.
Labeled, documented, and shipped East Coast–fast—with verification records included.
Services
Build labor is tiered by complexity. Materials and specialty components are quoted per project. Final numbers lock at sign-off.
Tier 01
From $1,800
Build labor · materials separate
Motor starters, basic PLC panels, discrete IO, simple networking. Straightforward enclosures and wire counts.
Tier 02 · Common
From $3,500
Build labor · materials separate
PLC + VFD panels, mixed analog/discrete IO, power distribution, and typical industrial separation requirements.
Tier 03
From $6,500
Build labor · materials separate
Multi-drive, motion-heavy, or high wire-count systems with mixed signal complexity and denser layouts.
Tier 04
Let’s talk
Scoped per program
Multi-enclosure lines, safety-rated systems, high-risk environments, or packages that need a custom build plan.
How pricing works: Labor is tier-based for Simple–Complex builds. Custom programs are scoped after review. Materials and specialty components are quoted separately. Continuity verification and basic documentation are included at every tier. Pricing placeholders—final quotes reflect your drawings and BOM.
Today we specialize in build-to-print. Next we expand into full design-build— schematics, layouts, BOM development, and UL 508A compliance support—so teams without complete drawings can still get a verified panel from a single East Coast partner.
Quality
The most common panel failures are wiring errors that never should have left the shop. Our primary quality gate is systematic continuity verification between every connection— before power-up, before shipping, before it becomes your downtime.
You receive clear documentation of what was checked. As we grow, this foundation expands into broader FAT checklists, functional tests, and formal UL 508A certification pathways— without abandoning the discipline that keeps panels reliable on day one.
Illustrative sample. Actual reports map terminal-to-terminal results to your drawing references.
Region
Faster freight, overlapping business hours, and a shop that understands Northeast and Mid-Atlantic production floors—not a multi-day truck from the opposite coast.
Regional ground often beats cross-country freight by days. Critical panels get to your floor sooner.
Same-day or next-day calls during your shift. Easier path to site visits, punch-list work, and repeats.
Built for OEMs, machine builders, food & beverage, pharma support, packaging, materials handling, and general manufacturing across NY, NJ, PA, New England, and the Mid-Atlantic.
Get started
Two ways in — use either, or both. Have drawings already? Skip the configurator and send them here. Want a provisional estimate first? Configure the panel, then attach drawings on the way out.
Form is below — fill it out and submit when ready.
Already configuring? Open the panel configurator — drawings can ride along on submit.
FAQ
Build-to-print means we assemble and wire industrial control panels from your schematics, layouts, and BOMs. You provide the drawings; we build, label, continuity-verify, and ship the finished panel.
Yes. Continuity verification across every connection is our primary quality gate. You receive documentation of what was checked before the panel ships.
We focus on Northeast and Mid-Atlantic manufacturers—including Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, New England, and the broader Mid-Atlantic—for faster freight and regional support.
Submit drawings or a brief description via our quote form. Typical response is within 1–2 business days.
Every job follows our Standard of Work: pre-build standards document and layout drawing, ferruled terminations, calibrated torque where required, heat-shrink wire labels, durable component plaques, and corrections at our cost if the panel does not match the agreed package.
